How do I return an item?

OUR RETURNS POLICY

GUARANTEE: Our guarantee to you...If for ANY reason you are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back in the original unopened container and condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, NO questions asked! It is our way of assuring you that we guarantee you'll enjoy our products, BUT PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY SEND THE PRODUCT BACK AND LET US KNOW YOU WANT TO RETURN IT. LET US HELP YOU MAKE THE RETURN PROCESS AS EASY AND COMFORTABLE FOR YOU AS POSSIBLE. WE'RE HERE TO HELP!

We are proud of the fact that you have up to 14 days to return merchandise, but we ask that you understand that returns entail extra processing expenses and sometimes there is a re-stocking fee we may have to pay to the warehouse. Therefore, There is a 15% Restocking Fee for all returned items.

There may be some product exceptions to the above return policy.
In these cases we try to ensure that this is noted in the product descriptions.

Returns within our policy are not questioned for any reason. When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs and complaints and assists us in developing better products. When returning items we will post a credit to your charge card in the amount of the original order, less the re-stocking fee mentioned above. Please also see the shipping charges note below.

CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICIES We are unable to accept returns for custom blended orders, or materials that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. Due to the nature of Essential Oils, Massage oils, Natural Perfumes, etc. we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee purity of product to our customers. All sales of oils, supplements, nuetrasuticals medicinal blends, and certain other products are final. Certain Hazardous Materials products may not be returnable. Please see our Shipping Policies for information on these products. All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Northfork Naturals.
