      The high quality Victorio Stainless Steel Multi-Use Canner is well designed, durable, and will last for years of use. It features a temperature indicator knob in the glass lid with different elevation zones for accurate timing. The clad bottom is great for kitchen and induction ranges. It come with a glass lid, making it easy to see what's going on inside your pot. It's very versatile and can be used for water bath canning, steam canning, or as a stock pot. This canner will accomodate 7 quarts or 8 pints per canning batch. It will NOT accommodate 1/2 gallon jars, however.
