This amazing tea is certified organic and made directly of the plant Rooibos ("roy-boss") which means "red bush" in Afrilaans, There is no fermentation whatsoever, just the pure ingredients from the plant itself. Our Rooibos Tea contains polyphenols and is comparable to other high quality green teas in this regard. It has anit-mutagenic, anti-carcenogenic, and anti-viral qualities.
