Very easy to prepare, simply steep 1 to 2 teaspoons, depending on your preference, per cup in your tea pot of hot boiling water. Or simply add same amount per cup into your coffee filter in your coffee machine and brew as you would to make a cup of coffee!

Ingredients: White Lotus, Rose Whole Flower, Damiana leaves, Blue Lotus , Basil Leaves (tulsi), Passion Flower, Hops, Catnip , Stevia, Blue Malva, Jasmine, Green Tea Powder
